If you would like to represent your school in a breakfast taste test, see the assistant principale to sign up at 7:15 am Monday morning. He will be taking the first 8 who would like to do some sampling!
Scholarship info: Home Depot scholarship for anyone continuing their studies to be a home builder, general contractor, carpenter, electrician, plumber, HVAC specialist or other building and construction trade professional. Seniors: The Life Share scholarship is available online or in student services. Deadline is May 1st.
Seniors who have applied to LCCC are welcome to sign up for the Compass Test which will be given here in March. You may sign up for either the morning of Wednesday March 24 or Thursday March 25th. The test will start at 8:00 and will take at least 3 hours. Sign up in Student Services.
Ohio Business College $2500 Scholarship. Application Deadline is April 1st information in student services.
LCJVSTA Annual Spaghetti Dinner: Everyone needs to eat, so join us for a spaghetti dinner on Weds., March 31st from 4:00 to 7:30. Cost is $10 (children under 7 free). Price includes salad, spaghetti, meatballs, bread and butter, dessert and a beverage. This will benefit the LCJVS students. Tickets can be purchased at the financial clerk’s office or by calling: 440.774.1051 x2275.
Graduation Tests continue to be given today. Today the MATH * test will be given. Students should report to their 1st period class for attendance and then go to the testing rooms. Check with your instructors to find which days and in what rooms you are being tested. Students must have their ID’s to take the tests. Please bring pencils to the tests.
Juniors: Overwhelmed with college search and decisions? Attend The Nation College Fair. Sunday, May 2nd. At CSU's Wolstein Center 1:00 pm-4:00 pm. Learn more at www.nationcollegefairs.org. Don't forget to preregister to receive labels to offer to potential colleges to sent information on their programs.
Future Soldiers: The 3rd Friday’s Future Soldier’s program has been rescheduled for Thursday, March 25th at 8:50 due to OGT testing.
Amherst Students: Copies of the current “Record” are in student services.
National Honor Society will meet March 23, 7:00pm in Steele cafeteria.
Avon spirit gear order forms are available in student services. Order t-shirts, sweats and shorts!

Brookside High School students!!! There will be a Spring Fling Dance on Saturday, March 20th from 8pm-11pm. This is a semi-formal dress occasion. No jeans allowed. Tickets are $10 for advance sales and $15 at the door. Tickets will be available for purchase on Wed. March 17th - Fri. March 19th. Also forms for picture purchases will be available. For our JVS students, for dance tickets and the picture packets please see Mrs. Strichek when you return to the high school any of these days.
The out of school date permission forms are due to Mr. Daugherty’s office by the end of the school day on Wednesday, March 17.
Seniors: Make sure to stop by the CHS main office either before or after school to sign the senior t-shirt. Deadline is 3/17/10.
Seniors: Prom is coming! Pick up your out of school guest form in Student Services. You must have a guest form signed by a JVS administrator and be on file at EHS before prom tickets can be purchased.

Flag practices for next year’s team will be March 29th, 30th, and 31st from 5:30 to 6:30pm..tryout day is April 1st at 5:30 in the band room.
Keystone drama presents “Squad Room” March 19, 7:00pm and 3/20 at 2:00 and 7:00pm. $5 tickets.
Midview Sr. T-shirt Order forms are in guidance Money and order form are due by March 23rd.
Attention North Ridgeville Seniors: N. Ridgeville Chamber of Commerce scholarship is available in Student Services. This is for those NR student’s interested a college degree with a business related major.
Seniors: March 17 and 24th there will be a Research Methods “mini-course” held by the Ninde Scholars Program. Seniors who would like to learn more about doing college-level research are invited to sign up for this free class. The class will be held from 2:30-4pm at Mudd library on both days.
Homecoming dance Fri. March 19th from 7-10pm. Semi formal, theme is spring fling, out of school guest forms are available at WHS main office (due March 17). Presale tickets for couples are $8.
Cheerleading tryouts for next school year will be March 22-25. You must attend an informational meeting at the high school on March 18.
